We built our current headquarters in 1985, located in Carrollton, Texas, a Northwest suburb of Dallas.  It is a 30,000 square foot facility, with 25,000 square feet of warehousing and 5,000 square feet of office space.

Our warehouse has 22-foot clear height giving us more effective cube space, with three “dock high” shipping doors to eliminate truck congestion.

Our Houston Regional warehouse, located in NW Houston is a 10,000 square foot facility with 8,000 square feet warehousing and 2,000 square feet of office space. Single “dock high” shipping door and ramp for local pickups.

We are on-line with UPS, Fed X and most LTL computer systems. We have daily pickups scheduled at our warehouses with most of the major carriers.

We have implemented a CRM system (Repfabric). This CRM system allows for easy transfer of information to our principal partners as well as tracking growth opportunities. Making our sales process more efficient.

Our Customer Service Team has access to principal ERP systems via VPN as well as Web based portals. We also utilize a Robco VPN which allows our Customer Service Team remote access allowing 24/7 service.

Our Warehouses offer 24-hour emergency service for our customers.
